Well, today brought another storm and another miniriver flowing through our meadow. With the ground so saturated, the water just flowed right on over. The creek was as high as yesterday. When I can see the top of the rushing water from our RV window...it is HIGH!
When I went out yesterday, I noticed that the tree over our creek is gone. You can see how high the water is. I have no idea if the tree disappeared in the storm of the 3rd or in the previous storm.
These pictures are right next to the where the tree used to lay across the creek.
I could not see the lower driveway because it was still under flowing water. Dave tells me that there is an ankle deep hole in it. I could not get any pictures today due to the rain and lightning that kept coming and going all day long. Tomorrow is supposed to be clear.
I will try to post more pictures tomorrow!
